Real winter in Svalbard – upcoming photo-tour April 2017

I’m very excited to announce a new photo-tour to Svalbard this winter in April 2017.

I will be guiding companied by a fantastic crew of expedition guides. We will travel both with expedition boat and snowscooters to photograph the wonderful white winter landscapes of Svalbard and it’s wildlife such as Polar bears, Arctic foxes, Svalbard reindeer, whales,…
We will be travelling in April, which means landscape will be covered in snow and ice, and light will be very soft due to low sun angle and long sunrises and long sunsets. Fjords will be covered with ice, and full of seals, which means good hunting grounds for Polar bears.

We offer one week travelling by snowscooter to photograph some local wildlife such as foxes, reindeer and seals, and hopefully some Polar bears hunting on the ice. To extend our range in the fjords further up, we will spend eight nights on the expedition ship MS Origo, to find bears and other wildlife, while this also gives us the opportunity to photograph landscapes of snow covered mountains and all forms of development of ice on sea and fjords.

Our group will only consist out of photographers, so all time will be spent outdoors and looking for wildlife and photography. Are you ready for this adventure?

We made an extensive pdf about this exciting expedition. If you want to know more about this photo-tour and you wish to receive our detailed pdf, please send me an email at But be quick, available spots are limited!
